We're back on the streets again!
New start/end at Lenexa's Black Hoof Park
on Monticello Road, south of 83rd Street.
We'll ride the streets of Lenexa starting at midnight.
Plus new for our 15th annual ride, enjoy an optional pre-ride hike on the trail to view the award-winning lighted dam and spillway at Lake Lenexa.

Join hundreds of cyclists on the night of Saturday, July 17, 2010
for the 15th annual Lenexa Midnight Bike & Hike. Enjoy a fun filled evening
riding a new route on Lenexa streets. Ride starts at midnight. The Lenexa
Midnight Bike Ride is a family-oriented bicycle ride and is excellent for
cyclists of all ages.
Back on the Streets in 2010!
The new ride route starts and ends at Black Hoof Park in Lenexa. Enter from
the north off 83rd Street, go south to 9053 Monticello Road. You’ll
ride across Monticello's distinctive lighted bridge to Prairie Star Parkway,
along Lone Elm Road and on the frontage roads along K-10 and K-7.
This route is a 6-mile ride; those wanting more mileage can repeat a 4-mile
section of the route. The duration of the ride is the only limit; final loop
must be started by 1:00am. This year's new route provides a safe, closed course
for riders. Route maps will be available at the Lenexa Community Center and

Hike the Trail - NEW in 2010
Take a moonlight walk along the trail to the award-winning lighted Lake Lenexa
dam and spillway located in Black Hoof Park. The round trip walk is 1.5 miles.
Cyclists must complete the hike prior to the ride start at midnight. Family
and friends of riders can participate in the hike for a nominal fee that includes
a glow stick.
Pancake Feed
Following the ride, stay for the optional all-you-can-eat Chris Cakes
pancakes and entertainment in Black Hoof Park. Pancake feed is an additional
$6 payable in advance or at the door.
